MILFORD, Indiana, U.S.A. August 25, 2021 — Michael Mettham has been promoted to Director of Benefits, Compensation and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for CTB, Inc., according to Mike Kissane, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for the company. In his new position, Mettham will be responsible for the management, design and administration of employee compensation and benefit programs, serving all CTB United States locations as well as providing assistance and guidance to CTB’s business units based outside the U.S. In addition, he will be leading CTB’s Performance Management Program and will be responsible for the human resources information systems used to administer HR-related programs.

Mettham joined CTB in 2018 as the Benefits and Compensation Manager. Prior to coming to CTB, Mettham gained experience in employee benefits, incentive programs, compensation plans and more through positions in the medical device and health insurance industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana; a Master of Business Administration degree from Purdue University, Fort Wayne, Indiana, and is a Certified Compensation Professional and Certified Sales Compensation Professional.

Mettham is a native of Phoenix, Arizona, and now resides in Syracuse, Indiana.
