Bodak Named Vice President of Business Development for CTB, Inc.

MILFORD, Indiana, U.S.A. — MILFORD, Indiana, U.S.A. — Greg Bodak has been named Vice President of Business Development for CTB, Inc., according to Victor A. Mancinelli, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for CTB. Responsible for leading the company’s merger and acquisition efforts, Bodak will also focus on the marketing of CTB’s CYNERGY™ Software. This software offers protein production companies integrated, real-time data and interpretation from farm to fork, enabling continuous, system-wide decisions for enhanced production and efficiency.

Joining CTB in 2020 as Vice President and General Manager for the company’s PigTek business unit, Bodak brought over 20 years of executive experience in manufacturing and supply chain industries. His extensive background includes sales, product development, and operations for global organizations.

Bodak earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago in Chicago, Illinois, and is a Certified Master Black Belt in Lean operations.

Originally from Poland, Bodak has lived in the United States for most of his adult life.
