Elizabeth Beck, Vice President and General Counsel – CTB, Inc.
Elizabeth Beck is a Vice President and the General Counsel for CTB, Inc. She joined the company in 2010 as Staff Attorney, was promoted to Associate General Counsel in 2013 and to her current role early in 2021.
As the company’s General Counsel, Beck oversees all of CTB’s legal affairs, both domestic and international. She also manages all external legal services provided to the company and advises CTB’s management team on legal matters.
Beck has been a licensed attorney since 2007 and is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, Indiana State Bar Association, and the State Bar of Michigan. She is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Michigan.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Northern Michigan University, in Marquette, Michigan, and she received her Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law in East Lansing, Michigan.
