Greg Bodak is Vice President of Business Development for CTB, Inc. He joined the company in 2020.
Responsible for leading the company’s merger and acquisition efforts, Bodak also spearheads the marketing of CTB’s CYNERGY™ Software. This software delivers data gathering and interpretation solutions to CTB’s industry customers, offering protein production companies integrated, real-time data from farm to fork across the entire food production supply chain. By providing this comprehensive visibility, CYNERGY empowers businesses to make continuous, system-wide decisions that enhance production and efficiency.
Originally joining CTB as Vice President and General Manager for the PigTek business unit, Bodak brought over 20 years of executive experience in manufacturing and supply chain industries. His extensive background encompasses sales, product development, and operations for global organizations.
Bodak is a native of Poland but moved to the United States as a teenager. He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and is a Certified Master Black Belt in Lean operations. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, snowmobiling, biking and photography.
