John V. Stambaugh, Vice President and General Manager – Brock Grain Systems
John V. (Jack) Stambaugh is Vice President and General Manager for Brock Grain Systems. He joined CTB, Inc., in 2018 as the Chief Marketing Officer and continues to retain some of those corporate responsibilities.
In this role, Stambaugh is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of the Brock business unit, including leading and directing employees, developing and improving business initiatives, managing budgets, creating company policies and strategic plans, and communicating business goals.
Stambaugh has an extensive background in sales, marketing, product development, business development and general management spanning several industries. Prior to joining CTB, he served as vice president and general manager of a composites manufacturer supplying the recreational vehicle industry. In addition, Stambaugh draws experience from several other companies, including document management solutions, cash handling equipment and energy services solutions, as well as food and beverage products.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from Geneva College, in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, and he received his MBA from Keller Graduate School for Management in Chicago. Stambaugh also received an Executive Scholar Certificate in Leadership from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, in Chicago.
