Steven Gunst, Managing Director – Roxell bvba
Steven Gunst is the Managing Director for the Roxell bvba business unit of CTB, Inc. He joined the company in 2025.
In this role, Gunst is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Roxell’s business, including sales, strategic direction, innovation, manufacturing and service.
Beyond CTB, he has more than 25 years of experience in management and research roles in agriculture and the food chain industries.
Gunst holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Engineering degree from Ghent University, a Master Specialization in Management for the Agro-Food Industry from ENSA.M, and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Ghent University. Gunst is fluent in Dutch, French, English and German. He enjoys horse riding and hiking alongside his wife and two sons.
